Beta, and what happens after
This software is in beta. It is supplied free of charge while it is, and it will change: features, layout and behaviour can move between releases, and a build can be withdrawn or replaced at any time.
Readable source is not permission
Parts of this software ship as readable source because of how it runs. Being able to read a file is not permission to copy, modify or redistribute it. The restrictions above apply to every part of it, readable or not.
Other people's components
This software is built with third-party components that carry their own licences, which continue to apply to those components. These terms cover Kadaken's own work only.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Kadaken is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use.
Asking for permission
Anything on the second list is available by asking. Email support@kadaken.com and say what you want to do.
